So even though this is still a WEBSITE, I am going to try to tell you a lot about me. The reason I do this, is because I am a follower who has become a successful leader. One can only become a good leader after one has been a good follower. In 15 years in Networking, in many cases the blind following the blind, I have made all of the mistakes that can be made, so that, by having walked through the mine field in front of you, all you have to do is place your foot in my every step and I promise you will not get blown up!

I started my journey in Multi Level Marketing with Amway Corporation in the mid 1980’s. All I can say about the Amway business model is that it has to be the toughest and worst business model in old fashion networking. On the other hand, Amway is defiantly the best college course in the world on inner self-growth and relationship building. It is true that your income in this industry will never exceed your personal growth! I used to drive hundreds of miles round trip after work to draw the 100 BV circles only to have nobody home or have them say no thanks. Talk about rejection proof conditioning!

I almost went Amway Direct Distributor twice. Once with a down line and once with me selling big-ticket items door to door. After my divorce to my first wife, I lost my half of the Amway Distributorship along with my step-kids, horses, dogs, job and a beautiful Spanish-style home.

After showing the Amway business plan to over 300 of my family friends, and neighbors I became an official member of the NFL CLUB, No Friends Left Club! Can you say NO FRIENDS LEFT? This penguin kind of reminds me how I used to treat my friends back then.

Really though, Amway was a transformational business. My Amway up line had me reading a self-improvement book once a week and two audiotapes per day. The tapes were on the various success stories of successful Amway distributors and on success driven principles. In a about 14 months time I changed from a red neck Arizona cowboy into a sharp dressing, good smelling, smooth talking contacting and inviting circle drawing monster. Along my journey to success I amassed credit card debt galore trying to keep my dream of financial success alive. I got deeper and deeper into debt and deeper and deeper into the brainwashed belief that if Joe Blow can go Diamond in Amway so could I…….or I was going to die trying!

After doing EVERYTHING I was told to do by my well meaning up-lines and the company for 5 years, I finally gave up before I landed into debtor’s prison. I took a breather for a couple of years but once MLM got into my blood I could not leave it for long. Network Marketing is all about having a network of people to contact and invite. CLUE, I never had a network!

In the last 10 years in MLM I have had marginal success. I did Nikken for 5 years and I went Bronze. I did Tax People.Net for two months before they were shut down. Brad led us from that program into Cyberwize.com, (I had no passion for that one). Then on 9-10 2001 I started my Legacy For Life business, boy, do I know about perfect timing to launch a direct tape mailing campaign. LOL !!). June 2002 I decided to sell telecom for Excel Communications. And this is not counting the myriad of hokey pokey dog and pony show affiliate programs that I got sucked into.

Oh my gosh! I sound like a MLM junkie! Quick, get me a fix!

Oh, before I forget are there any musicians or cooks out there? I don’t want to leave out the chance to connect with any of you, so here is a quick run down of my other talents and interests. If something clicks give me a call.

I was born Feb.18 1951 in Davenport, Iowa to wonderful, loving, strict entrepreneurial parents. Self taught Blues Harmonica player.. Performed with many bands through out the years. Self taught gourmet chef ….performed in front of many dinner guest (mostly to impressed the ladies).

Now, when people ask me what do I do for a living (because they see that my life has no limitations and that I have total financial and time freedom) I answer one of two ways. Sometimes I say that I am an International Business Broker. I explain that I broker home base entrepreneurs with my international distribution company. But most of the time I tell them that I am in the shipping business. (Friend shipping, Relation shipping, distributor shipping, wholesale shipping, and retail shipping).

I am actually in the mining and hardware business. (Have you ever tried to explain a successful home base business in Network Marketing to a curious neighbor and only leave them scratching their heads in confusion?) You have to admit there are a lot of misconceptions about this wonderful industry. Anyway, getting back to the hardware business, I supply the picks and shovels for the net workers who are trying to strike it rich on the Internet.  I know what net workers all need because I spent the last four years on the net seeking the same picks and shovels they are seeking…the tools and resources that are needed to build a successful business on and off line from home.

I sell tools, resources, leads, systems and seminars to network marketers and I help a lot of dysfunctional marketers earn, in many cases, their first real money. Just like Levi Straus made his fortune during the San Francisco Gold Rush selling canvas jeans to the hard rock gold miners, I sell durable goods to the Internet Gold Rush miners in this century. I know about being a dysfunctional marketer because I was one for 15 years! That all changed when I was introduced to Val Smith and Mentors In Motion.

I have had many mentors and I am still learning and seeking other great teachers. Seven of which I would like to recognize for having the most impact on my financial life. They are in the order that have come into my life, the last one is in my down line and he is the one that I owe my thanks for letting me borrow some his intellectual property for this site. Jeff  Mills gave me permission to plagiarize some of his material. The first mentor that opened my eyes wide open was Tracy Biller's Power Recruiting Tape which taught me to sponsor only other net workers and not opportunity seekers. Then came Tom Khalsa, from Prescott, Arizona who introduced me to ValSmyth, Mentors In Motion .

Tom taught me how to close more sales over the phone. Val Smyth taught me posture, delegation, mastermind formation, captain and crew technology and the true definition of Net Work Marketing. Then Joe Garcia from Toronto, Canada a millionaire MLM residual earner who taught me how to write effective advertising copy and sourced his MLM databases to me. Through Joe Garcia, I have been personally mentored by one of the all time money earners and legends in Network Marketing , the incomparable Dan Catto, who is a 17-year MLM multi-millionaire veteran. Then I met Karl Jacobsen who taught me through his Cash Action Seminar the irresistible package – The Art of Promotion and Negotiation. Last but not least there is my good friend, Jeff Mills who brings the old MLM axiom to light. You will learn more from your down line then you will from your up line in this business. Mentors In Motion caused me to become an overnight success in marketing. I generated a mid 5-figure income in five months for taking this course to my fellow network marketers.

With horses and horsemen if you are not consistent with your truth and actions you will get stomped one way or the other. My 30-year stint as a horse shoer, race horse trainer, race horse breeder, cowboy, outfitter and elk hunting guide has taught me independence and patience both with horses and people. My 15 years as a struggling MLMer has taught me to never give up on a dream…. no matter what the cost! Well, it was tough going and I wanted to quit many times, but I hung in there because I was not going to be denied success in this industry. I never gave up on my dream and I finally made it…. 6 figures my first year working from home.

As far as goals go, boy oh boy, what a difference a year makes!

My last Arizona archery elk hunt in Sept of 1997 before my total hip replacement in 1998. That artificial hip put an end to my elk hunting, horseshoeing, outfitting and guiding days but it didn’t stop me from dancing with all of the pretty ladies! It took me 9 years of archery hunting AZ bull elk before I was successful in harvesting this 360 Pope and Young record book bull. Dreams can come true if you can visualize the end result! Nine years ago I couldn’t hit the south end of a north bound Brahma Bull at 10 yards with my bow and arrow!

Most of my friends don’t know that I am just an old Haight & Ashbury hippie who found the Lord and became a Jesus freak back in 1971.

That was the pivotal point in my life! From that day forward I have been under the best Hebrew and Greek bible scholars. Here is how I study God's word from home FREE audio, MP3 and video bible lessons. I start every day with a MP3 or video bible lesson. I am growing in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. He was the first and the greatest Net worker of all.

He sponsored 12 recruits on his front line and look what happened to his exponential growth of the Christian church!

I am so glad the Lord has made my mission in life clear to me and that is to be a coach and a mentor to those who really desire a change. A change to find a balanced, more vibrant health in their family life, physical life, spiritual life and their financial life.

I have gentle broke and trained two-year-old colts and fillies into winning athletes on the racetracks across America... And I have the knowledge and resources to train struggling marketers into winners in Direct Sales and Network Marketing.
